Internext is the must attend show for the adult online community. It’s a great opportunity to make contacts and learn about the new opportunities available for adult webmasters. With a strong emphasis on seminars involving legalities, money making, and driving traffic, there is always something new to learn. Whether you are just starting out or you have a series of online sites and have been in the industry for a while, this is a show you do not want to miss.

AVN’s Adult Entertainment Expo (AEE) is the show of the year for the entire adult community. With more of an emphasis on exhibits than seminars, AEE is geared as much toward the fans as it is toward the industry. A large amount of toy manufactures and distributors as well as video production companies with many stars in tow made up the majority of the exhibitors on the floor. Many of the exhibitors seemed to pull out all the stops for attracting viewers to their booths. Whether they used large named stars or side shows featuring pole dancers or, my personal favorite, a short bondage/discipline show, each exhibitor seemed to be vying for the attention of the fans as well as the press and trade.

I was able to talk with vendors, including many manufacturers that target the BDSM market. I have even received a couple of products for review – stay tuned for my thoughts on the Nasty Little Widget and Doc Johnson’s Japanese Drip Candles.
