At first look it could almost be a kid’s toy due to its dolphin style shape complete with a bottle nose, eyes, and flippers. It came in a nice medium blue shade with a grey base. The business end of Little Dolly is made out of certified silicone – the same stuff you’ll find in medicine and cosmetics. The silicone was odor free, flexible, durable, and best of all easy to clean.

Once I popped a couple of AAA batteries into the base of Little Dolly, I was able to test out its integrated control that consists of a plus and a minus button. For those familiar with Fun Factory’s LAYAspot (Click here for our LAYAspot Review), Little Dolly has an identical control scheme. By pressing the plus button repeatedly I was able to increase the vibrational intensity of Little Dolly from barely noticeable to thigh shaker. Holding down the plus button allowed me to enter pulse mode which has three levels of intensity. Pressing the minus button helps tone down the action.

There were several things that I really liked about Little Dolly. The fact that it is made out of certified silicone and not some home-brew rubber composite gave me the confidence that I could play with this toy without getting some weird reaction. Silicone is also easy to clean – you can always dip the tip in a little boiling water just to be sure you got everything if you are on the paranoid side. I also like its shape; it was cute and friendly looking and didn’t seem out of place in my toiletry kit or beach bag. I also like that it is waterproof as this gives me the flexibility to use it wherever I want, whether I am in the tub, shower, or bed it will work for me.

Did Little Dolly get me there – it was big enough and had enough power to rock my world. I don’t need a monster between my legs to satisfy me and Little Dolly was just right. I especially had a lot of fun with it in the tub and when I forgot to bring it out with me, hubbie didn’t even notice – he just figured it was a kid’s toy. Because Little Dolly is a high quality silicone sex toy, expect to pay a little more for it then your run of the mill fire and forget vibes. Little Dolly should last quite a while with the right care and attention. Little Dolly also comes in a pink version for those that aren’t into blue. Also Little Dolly is reasonably quiet so it won’t wake up the household – but you might if you use it right!
